Shipping


We fulfill orders from the Chicago area, Mount Prospect, Illinois. In-stock orders are prioritized for same-day or next-business-day processing when possible, but processing and transit times can vary by item, cutoff time, carrier, and destination.


Shipping is available throughout the United States. Final shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.


You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Returns


We accept returns on eligible parts within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

- Parts must be unused and uninstalled

- Parts must be in original packaging

- Electrical parts, control boards, thermostats, and sensors must show no signs of installation or damage

- Custom orders and special-order parts are not eligible for return


For electrical parts, control boards, and special-order items, verify compatibility before ordering.


To start a return, contact support@grainixparts.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization.


If you received a wrong or defective part, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
